What then is the most common fault of those who practice magic?
| |
The most common fault of magic is foolish ignorance
| |
If ever there was a lesson to be learnt, it is that nothing stays the same, everything changes, that there is greater power in a sunrise than any hocus pocus ritual created by a drunk author in the 17th century. |
| |
Ignorance is no excuse with magic. Spirits are most unforgiving to those who blindly and arrogantly stumble about in their domain, hoping to gain some insight. |
| |
Ouija boards are an excellent example. They are now sold in most toy stores as a toy!! People think séances are a “cool idea” to try once and a while. But are they really? |
| |
People who use Ouija boards, including those who make money from selling magic are playing with dangerous things. A Ouija in the hands of teenagers with low self esteem is like a neon light for roaming, malevolent and untrustworthy spirits to come on down. Often, stories of genuine possessions around teenagers start with the misuse of Ouija boards. |
| |
Then there is the kind of deliberate lazy ignorance of people in power. People who get a buzz out of representing the public as good and wholesome characters, while occasionally attending evil magic ceremonies. |
| |
People who lack the internal spiritual discipline to rise above such stupidity and understand they can connect to the Universal Mind anytime they like, with ease, if they only spend a few seconds and read genuine magic books such as the Journey of UCA and the Journey of Self. |
