Many ancient religious systems developed elaborate naming systems for the "angels" and "demons" of the heavens including Zoroastrianisn, Akkadianism and Judaism. |
| |
These elaborate mythologies also included stories on how some angels chose to support the human race while others actively work against our success- hence the beginning of the "war of heaven" that created heaven and hell. |
| |
But is this really the deepest insight into the origin of these arch-demons that helped Solomon build his temple amongst other things?

The most powerful demon gods are the spirits of exiled alien prisoners |
| |
The deepest understanding of the connection of the most powerful and most ancient of all demon spirits are the departed minds of the exiled alien prisoners that ultimately created us. |
| |
They are not simply a few thousand years old, but many tens of thousands of years old. Their names, in spite of detailed mythologies and rituals are long lost. Even the names of the leading demons such as Satan or Lucifer are mere titles and conventions. |
| |
How many arch-demons are there? |
| |
One of the unresolved questions concerning how many exiled alien prisoners came to Earth and how many died here to become arch-demon spirits is a difficult question. Some systems such as Judaism places 72 spirits as most important, while other systems listed substantially more, at different levels of importance. |
| |
The exact number may never be known, with one exception it was almost certainly more than 72 and definately less than a thousand. |
